Wall and Floor Panels

Brown Urethane Modular Dimensions
Brown urethane walk-ins assemble from various standard dimensions. All sections are 4”-thick urethane only and are recommended for temperatures which vary from more than 250 degrees F to -40 degrees F.
  

Cam-Action Locking Device Assures a positive seal and ridgidity of panels; locking performed from interior with a supplied hex wrench.

                                                                                             
  
 





Floor Panels

For heavy loads, plywood-reinforced flooring is available upon request.This reinforcement will handle hand trucks and hand carts. When using power equipment, such as fork lift trucks, a 4” concrete floor is recommended. Exterior and interior ramps are available as an option and should be used only with the reinforced floor.
 

  
  
 




Corner Panels
Corner sections are available in heights from 5’ 11” to 14’ 11”. They are 12” x 12” x 23 ½” wide. The 12” x 12” corners are interchangeable to fit any corner.
  




   


Wall Panels
The wall panels are available in the same heights as the corners and are in widths of 23” and 46”. The door sections have widths of 46” or 69”. All sections are interchangeable. The same sizes are also used in the partitions of multi-compartment combinations.
  

 
 



T Section
Provides for multi-compartment boxes that share one common wall. Conserve floor space and add flexibility to your walk-in with a T section.



  


 
     
 

Outdoor Roofs
We recommend a single-ply membrane roof for all outdoor applications. Other roofing systems are available. Units are so structurally sound that most can be placed outdoors as a stand-alone building. Consult the design services team for applications.
